Amazing from start to finish, came and gave me a quote, Simon was lovely and polite and advised me on the best carpets for my 2 bedrooms. When the fitting guy came(can’t remember his name). He was lovely too and very helpful and even carpeted the cupboard under the stairs for my little girl to use. Can not fault this firm or the people. I will definitely buy from them again.

Can you imagine this time of year your washer completely packs in, can't afford to even dream of buying a new one. Thank you HS home and media you guys saved my sanity. At least I don't have to panic about Christmas presents now and have clean clothes for me and the kids
